How do I book an appointment?

We have several ways to book! Always feel free to call or email us (contact info is at the bottom of the screen) or fill out our new guest request form - here.

Is there a cancellation policy?

We ask that you give us at least a 24 hour notice when cancelling an appointment. Last minute no shows/cancellations will be subject to paying 50% of service total.

What is your return policy for product?

If you try a product that doesn’t work for you, we can accept a return or exchange within 2 weeks of the initial purchase.

Are children allowed to come along to an appointment?

We pride ourselves in offering a luxury experience for all of our guests. With that being said, we kindly ask that you arrange childcare and come to your appointment alone.

Is there parking?

Yes! We have a parking lot right outside the building.
